Sauder Schelkopf is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of Ram 1500 owners and lessees based upon complaints of some 2019-2022 Ram 1500 vehicles experiencing sudden and unexpected stalling while driving. After stalling, the vehicle also automatically engages the emergency brake.
Some individuals have reported that their vehicles stall while operating the vehicle on a highway while others have experienced stalling at low speeds, often while turning. This sudden and unexpected stalling creates a safety hazard for those in the stalled vehicle as well as those in other vehicles being operated near the stalled vehicle.
It has also been alleged that some individuals have presented their Ram 1500 for repair after experiencing the stalling problems; however, the dealership is unable to diagnosis the issue since there are no diagnostic trouble codes recorded by the vehicle.
If you have experienced stalling in your 2019-2022 Ram 1500, please contact the lawyers at Sauder Schelkopf by filling out the submission form on this page.
