CBS Sexual Misconduct Investigation

Sauder Schelkopf is investigating a potential lawsuit against the CBS Corporation on behalf of individuals who were the victims of sexual misconduct.  It has been reported that women have come forward with allegations that Les Moonves used his power to stall their careers if they rejected his advances.  It is alleged that the incidents occurred between the 1980s and 2000s.  In January, the CBS Board of Directors was made aware of an active Los Angeles Police Department investigation against Moonves for sexual misconduct.  Les Moonves stepped down on September 9, 2018.
