Generali Travel Insurance Class Action Lawsuit

Sauder Schelkopf, and co-counsel, filed a class action lawsuit against travel insurer Assicurazioni Generali Group alleging that it wrongfully withheld insurance premiums paid for trips canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The suit alleges that Generali has refused to provide any refunds for premiums paid to cover the canceled trips despite consumers’ requests,” and instead are offering vouchers that require rebooking by the end of the year.
