LG Clothes Dryer Lint Filter Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Sauder Schelkopf is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against LG related to alleged faulty lint dryer filers in LG’s clothes dryers.  It is alleged that the clothing dryer’s lint screen may not completely insert in the slot.  This may create a gap between the protruding lint screen and the slot where it is supposed to fit into.  Consumers have complained that during the dryer cycle that clothing can get caught in the gap and become ripped and destroyed.  The accumulation of lint on the heating element could also cause a dryer fire.  If you own an LG clothes dryer and have experienced issues with an ill-fitting lint screen damaging clothes, please contact us.
