NFL Cheerleaders Sexual Misconduct and Unequal Treatment Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Sauder Schelkopf is investigating potential litigation against the National Football League teams for alleged sexual misconduct and unequal treatment of its cheerleaders.  Two former Washington Redskins cheerleaders have reported sexual harassment including feeling uncomfortable and unsafe on a calendar shoot in Costa Rica while interacting with team sponsors and managers. Across the N.F.L. several teams have made adjustments to their programs after the reports about the Washington Redskins and allegations of improprieties within other teams. Several lawsuits have been filed against teams claiming misconduct, unfair wages and unequal treatment.
