Sherwin-Williams DuckBack and SuperDeck Stain Class Action

Sauder Schelkopf filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals who purchased Sherwin-Williams’ Duckback and/or SuperDeck deck stains for use on outdoor decks.  It has been alleged that the Duckback and SuperDeck deck stains may be prone to premature peeling, cracking or chipping when applied to exterior decks.
