Sauder Schelkopf Litigation Associate Position

Sauder Schelkopf is accepting resumes for a litigation associate with at least 2 years of complex litigation experience. The candidate will join a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ class action and personal injury law firm. Should have attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and excellent research and writing skills. Experience in federal court and/or class action experience is a plus. The firm offers competitive compensation and bonus structure.

Sauder Schelkopf is a national class action and personal injury law firm. The firm’s attorneys currently serve as court-appointed lead counsel in courts across the country. The attorneys at Sauder Schelkopf have recovered over $500 million on behalf of their clients and class members. The firm’s practice areas include Consumer Protection, Employee Rights, Automotive Defect, Civil Rights & Social Justice, Sexual Misconduct & Gender Discrimination, and Product Defect. Attorneys are involved in all aspects of the firm’s work, including investigating potential cases, drafting pleadings, researching legal issues, conducting discovery, and working cooperatively with our colleagues in leading firms across the country.

Location

The Firm's office is located in Berwyn, PA.  Remote candidates will also be considered.
